We provide dental laboratory services exclusively to registered dental professionals, including dentists and dental laboratories. Our offerings include, but are not limited to: dentures, crowns, bridges, implant restorations, 3D design, denture repairs, and digital scan processing.

By using our website, you confirm that you are a registered dental professional or acting on behalf of a registered dental practice or lab. You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. By placing an order, you confirm that the information submitted is accurate and that you are authorised to place the order.
Payment is due on invoice, subject to the terms stated on the invoice.
VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate.
We reserve the right to withhold or delay delivery if payment terms are not met.
4. Remakes and Refunds
We do not offer refunds. However, if the fit or function of a case is deemed unsatisfactory due to an error on our part, we will remake the case at no additional charge. All remake requests must be submitted with supporting evidence within 10 working days of delivery.
5. Turnaround and Delivery
We offer daily pickup and delivery across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and North London.
National delivery is available via tracked and insured post on a weekly basis.
Denture repairs are typically completed within 1–2 working days, depending on the complexity and volume of work.
While we make every effort to meet agreed turnaround times, delays due to unforeseen circumstances or external courier services are outside our control.
6. Digital File Submissions
We accept digital impressions and design files (e.g., STL format). Clients are responsible for ensuring files are correctly formatted and submitted through approved channels.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and digital tools, is the property of AEP LAB LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
